Malvene has spent a good deal of her life caring for others and attending to their interests. For the last eleven years, she has been a successful real estate agent in the volatile and sometimes frantic real estate market in Vancouver. For the 17 years before that, she worked as a registered nurse and a trained midwife in Canada and abroad. Malvene uses her life experiences and knowledge from both careers, and her enthusiasm for Vancouver and its exciting real estate market to assist her clients in reaching their personal goals, be it selling or buying. |

I refer Malvene to my friends not because she's my friend, but because I know she will do an excellent job in helping them buy or sell a home ...L Cumming (former buyer and seller client) Thanks, Malvene - you always exceed our expectations!! M. Sayiner (former house buyer client.

Relocation! Originally from the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario, Malvene's adventurous character led her first to nurse's training in Sussex, England and then to work in the wilds of rural Alberta. However, it took only one look at Vancouver in 1977 for her to realize this would be her new home. The mountain, the seaside, the rich culture, the milder winters, and the warm and friendly people convinced her to stay. She has been thrilled with that move to the coast ever since. And that's one big reason why she delights in helping people find just the right home in which to settle into on the West Coast.

Experience Each transaction is different and each client has something to share. Over the last eleven years Malvene has learned a lot about selling. Malvene obtained her Real Estate License in 1990 from the Real Estate Board of BC and her Agent's License in 1993. She is continually upgrading her knowledge and training through experience, research, and Real Estate board courses and seminars.
|
Commitment Malvene is committed to ensuring clients find homes that they are truly delighted with - but on the purely practical side, she also advises her clients about the home's potential marketability in the future. Ten or twenty years from now, she will still be enthusiastically selling real estate to satisfied past clients and recent referrals.

Community Involvement Malvene is committed to her Vancouver community. She has served on a self-managed Strata Council as the chairperson for 6 years, a position that gives her personal insight into the intricacies of strata ownership. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the local Community Crime Prevention Office for 3 years. As well, she and her precious dog Cassie have, for the past three years, made regular weekly visits to the local seniors center to provide the residents with some canine stimulation. Dog enthusiasts may enjoy visiting Cassie's own web page |
